The knowledge-based Economy is considered as one of the important concepts that has been given special attention in the above-mentioned legal documents of the I. R. Iran, including the general policies of the Resistive Economy. Knowledge-based Economy is a basic need for developing countries such as Iran. Avoiding a knowledge-based Economy greatly reduces competitiveness. Economics based on science and knowledge leads to the sustainable growth and development of society and ultimately the realization of a Resistive Economy. Due to the importance of knowledge-based Economy in the development of the country, the purpose of this study is to "study the current and favorable situation of Iran's Economy based on knowledge-based Economy-Resistive Economy". The type of research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose. Also, in order to determine the current and favorable situation of Iran's Economy based on knowledge-based Economy-Resistive Economy, a questionnaire was developed and analyzed using SPSS software and inferential statistics. The results showed that the situation of the variables "economic and institutional regime", " Information and communication technology" and " Resistive Economy" in Iran in general does not have the desired average. However, the results show that the variables " educated and skilled population" and " innovation system " in Iran have a favorable average. To show the gap between the current and favorable situation of knowledge-based Economy-Resistive Economy variables in Iran, two-sample t-test was used, which according to the results, there is a significant difference between the current and favorable situation of all variables.

Economic globalization consists of four fields of production, investment and trade and finance globalization. These conditions, in a theoretical framework of complicated mutual dependency, explains the interwove interests of countries in the post-national, national and trans-national levels which includes governmental and non-governmental actors and consequently defines countries national interests a long with integration and correlation with other countries interests. In this regard, the main question of this article is that in terms of these conditions, what are the elements have to be considered in interaction with the international field, while it is to choose the resistant Economy strategy in Iran? The result shows that the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to realized the resistant Economy in lesser cost, she has to emphasize on her strength points and relative and competitive priorities in interaction with world Economy. In this case, the cost of sanctions and military threat towards Iran increases and the national interest and security of other countries take the same direction as Iran’s national interests and security. It is due to the fact that the country’s strategic weak points of Economy remain safe of any threat.

The methodological study of sciences, including conventional economics, has been deeply influenced by the philosophical school of thoughts. This strong influence of the philosophy has affected the fields of "ontology", "anthropology" and "epistemology" through the conceptual and verification bases. Objectives: The paper attempts to explore and examine the methodology of Islamic economic studies which is profoundly entrenched in Islamic philosophy. Method: Analytical method and library studies. Results: This research further explains that despite the Emphasize of the majority of the Islamic scholars that Islamic Economics is intensely rooted in Islamic philosophy, but in practical this relation cannot be observed. Thus, this approach in methodology of Islamic economics has not received much of the attention or, the Islamic philosophy is even ignored by the Islamic economists. Conclusion: The author of the article concludes the need to review the methodology of Islamic economics studies based on Islamic philosophy.

In this paper we show that, contrary to some assumptions, political Economy, structural1yand naturally, is of a pluralistic kind. Therefore, there is no single and universal interpretation for it. In other word, orthodox neoclassic paradigm, which is based on a specific ideology, is just one among many versions of political Economy, and other schools (ideologies, religious and so forth) do have their distinctive versions of conventional political economics. We capsulate the above issues in four sections and subsections.

This article studies the effects of corruption on the endogenous aspects of the Iranian Economy. After reviewing the literature and major theoretical studies on resilient Economy, it demonstrates two indexes to describe the endogenous aspects of the Iranian Economy. The simple index relates to the non-oil growth in the Iranian Economy. The article also proposes a composite index to show how corruption contributes to the resilience of the Economy. the proposed index consists of the portion of the budget deficit, tax revenues and oil income in the whole government budget. It concludes that in the non-oil economic growth model, the estimated elasticity of simple index of the endogenous Economy to corruption index in the Period 1981-2013 is significant with a negative coefficient of 0.12 percentages. Additionally, by using the composite index as a dependent variable, the elasticity would be significant with a negative coefficient of 0.76 percentages.
